Dr. Terry H. Clarke

Dr. Terry H. Clarke serves patients in his newly-opened practice, Foot & Ankle Specialists of Central PA, located at 4 Flowers Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. A foot and ankle surgeon, his new medical facility features the most advanced equipment and practices the highest level of hospital sterilization standards.

Dr. Terry Clarke is a native of the Panhandle of Florida and graduated from Marianna High School. He received his BS in Human Nutrition from The University of Florida, Gainesville, FL where he graduated Suma Cum Laude from the CALS Honor Program. He received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree (DPM) from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA where he graduated with honors. Dr. Clarke completed a 3-year Podiatric Medicine and Surgical Residency at Crozer-Keystone Health System, with a focus on Foot & Ankle Reconstruction, where he also served as Chief Resident. He also completed a 2-month Fellowship in Limb Lengthening and Childhood Deformities at the Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics and completed both Basic and Advanced AO training in Orthopedic Principles and Fixation Techniques.

Dr. Clarke is Board Certified in Reconstructive Surgery of the Foot and Ankle by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and Board Certified in Podiatric Medicine and Orthopedics by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Clarke is also Board Certified in Wound Care by the American Board of Wound Healing.

Dr. Clarke is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery, a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and Medicine and a Fellow of the American Professional Wound Care Association. He is also an Attending Physician for the Pinnacle Health Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency Program and is responsible for the surgical training of Resident Physicians.
